My Name is Pemba Tshering Tamang. I am from rural area of Nepal, AmaShodingmo, Rasuwa. 

Rasuwa is not really far from Kathmandu but still under develop with not proper education, health systems and roads. So, it was so hard for me to study. There was primary school at village but no teachers. So, I completed my primary school at village and then we shifted to Kathmandu for our study with a small room that we have to sleep 7 people in a single room because of the poorness. My father was doing a bus driver and we go to school during the day time. Time was really tuff. So, that made me to think that I need to study. 

So, I completed my school level from the Prithiwhi higher secondary school from the Kathmandu. Then I decided to study about the dental and I finished PCL level of Dental Hygienist. Then we try to open a dentist hospital was that was huge away from the financial from my family. 

So, I got a chance to work with the children’s home. It was also one of my dreams to work at children’s home when I was a young because I know what is poorness in a life because it was happened to me. So, by luck Children of universe came to my way to work as a managing director. So, I handle the children what is necessary here at children’s home. I am managing the things of Children of universe with the staff, food, volunteers and all. I feel so happy to work here at children’s home and I feel that my dream came true. When the children became sick, I need to manage them to take hospitals and all. I make my own time table for the children’s activities like study, playing time and food and all.

So, far all the staff, donors, sponsors and children are really happy and I am really satisfied with my job as well. Caring is sharing.
